We keep no copy of your ride. Our server only handles the requests that draw it: the roads between your checkpoints, the track of a file you open, what lies along the way and the weather. It keeps none of them; only the forecast for a point near the middle of your ride stays on our server for three hours, so we ask the weather service less often. Your ride stays in this browser for 7 days after your last change. Use Download GPX to keep it.
Name your ride, or load one from your device with Open a GPX.
Set the start date and time if you want the weather forecast.
Search for the start location, or move the map to it.
Pick your bike. The line keeps to the roads that suit it, and the riding time follows its pace.
Click the map to set your start, then click again for each checkpoint.
Drag a checkpoint to move it. Right-click a checkpoint to remove it.
Click the line between two checkpoints to add a checkpoint there.
See a tap, a café, a viewpoint or a climb on the map? Click its pin: a panel opens with what it is and an Add to ride button. Or right-click the pin to add it straight away.
Ctrl+Z undoes, Ctrl+Shift+Z redoes (Ctrl+Y works too). On a Mac, ⌘ instead of Ctrl, and ⌘-click for a right-click.
