Regions

A region is a riding area of roughly Wallonia / Flanders size (~17000 km²). Where a country is split into smaller districts, neighbouring ones are grouped together until each region is about the same size — so a region is always a meaningful area to ride, vote on, and curate. Right now it's just a preview, with Wallonia as the demo region.
